Paarl, the heart of historic Winelands, is a major wine producing area. Shady oak and jacaranda trees dominate this beautiful valley. There are many opportunities to visit countless vineyards, fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, malls and galleries. We are just on the outskirts of Paarl Nature Reserve for amazing walks and views.
Alba House is an exclussive accommodation, catering to a maximum of 10 guests, ensuring warm, friendly personal service in elegant surroundings. There is a guest lounge enjoying the views of the pool, garden and mountains beyond. Each of the spacious bedrooms has its own character, with pure cotton linen and tastefully decorated in individual styles. All rooms are equipped with TV(DSTV), clock radio, CD player, ceiling fans, tea/coffee making, towelling gowns and slippers and air conditioning. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Stocked bar-fridge & fitted safe. (czech - spoken). All rooms have own private individual outside entrance and outside seating patio. Wonderfully prepared "country breakfast" with fresh fruit, homemade muesli, local cheeses and preserves, followed by choice of hot country fare, are all served in the guest dining room/lounge with spectacular views.
Alba House is just below the Paarl Nature Reserve , close to many hiking trails, fishing, and horseriding. Shops & elegant restaurants are within easy reach. We are close to international standard golf courses, Paarl(Boschenmeer) 5 minutes drive, Pearl Valley Golf Estate 10 minutes drive. Cape Town 30 minutes drive and the International Airport 40 minutes drive. All rates are inclussive of full country breakfast. Alba House reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
