Fodo Farm is a working beef and game farm, set in the rolling plains arround Elandslaagte.
The accommodation comprises of two guest bedrooms and a self-contained garden cottage which sleeps five.
The stylish rooms each have a bathroom, air-conditioning, TV, coffee and tea trays. Delicious breakfasts are served in the dining room where dinners are a family affair with your hosts George and Herta.
A large collection of Boer War paintings and period furniture add to the ambience of your surroundings. Additional activities closeby are Anglo Zulu battlefield visits to Roarke`s Drift, Blood River and Isandlana. Horse riding, game viewing and a nearby golf course. (deutsch).
Here you can enjoy viewing 19 different species of game and 260 bird varieties, while the anglers can try their luck at Bass & Trout fishing.
Elandslaagte is 10 minutes from the farm and Ladysmith not much further.
