Discounts for extended stays:
For stays 14 days and longer
Laundry Facility : 	        DIY R50 per load (Detergent and 
                                Fabric Softener provided) 
If we do your laundry 
Wash, dry and fold.             R100 per load.

Rates are Per Unit and Not per person 
Discounts for stays exceeding 14 nights
Pensioners discount 5%.

Breakfast: 
Mugg & Bean is 2 minutes away and opens at 7am.                       

Terms and Conditions
Guests Responsibilities:
A 50% deposit to be made into above bank account will secure your booking. 
Balance and refundable deposit paid on or before arrival.  
A key/damages deposit of R250 to R500 per unit payable on arrival. Refunded
should the unit be in order. 

Refund of Deposit & Cancellation of Booking:
· On cancellation, 10% handling fee charged.
· Full deposit less the handling fee is refunded, if the booking is cancelled
4 weeks before the arrival date.
· Half of the deposit is refunded if the booking is cancelled 2 weeks before
the arrival date.
· No refund of deposit if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before
the arrival date. Full payment is required for “no shows” or early exit.
