Description:
The Clarens Villa provides upmarket rental accommodation on the Clarens Golf and Trout Estate and was built in 2006.
The accommodation comprises of 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with the main bedroom en-suite.
The main bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bathrooms are equipped with a luxury bath and shower.
The open space living area, which consists of the lounge and dining room, has a cosy fireplace and there is underfloor heating installed throughout the villa for the cold winter evenings.
The living area has a sliding door that leads to the undercover patio that is equipped with a gas braai.
The villa is fully furnished, with D.S.T.V in the living room and main bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier for the guest's convenience.
The golf course was recently upgraded to 18 holes and the dams offer the opportunity to enjoy world class trout fishing.
For an additional cost the unit can be services daily.

Clarens streets are lined with craft shops and art galleries, as well as a host of hospitable cafes, restaurants and pubs. Every year around July Clarens hosts an art exhibition that atracts many tourists.
With no traffic lights or any franchised restaurants in Clarens, you will enjoy all the coffee shops, restaurants and pubs on offer.
There are numerious activities to enjoy in Clarens :
Golf - As you are staying on the Clarens golf and trout estate, there should be no reason to miss out on a round of golf.
Trout fishing - Clarens offers some of the best trout fishing waters in South Africa.The dams on the golf and trout estate are stocked with brown and rainbow trout.
White water river rafting - With Lesotho close there are some good spots to enjoy rafting.The best on offer will be on the Ash river for a full 3 hour trip.
