Play with water at the Waterworld, Gateways Wavepool, Beach Pools, Kings Park Swimming Pool, Surf in great waves, Kite surf, Jet ski, Canoe up the Umgeni, Paddle ski in great waters and then go diving with the sharks or stay fishy and visit the Sharks Board for an educational and interesting time.

Aliwal Shoal is approximately 30 minutes drive from Durban, is rated as one of the top ten Scuba diving dive sites in the world and is home to many Fish, Dolphins, Turtles, Manta Rays and Shark species. The Shoal is a definite must.
For the more daring diver the reef sports a landmark of international importance - Raggie Cave - one of three locations on the reef famed for its shark diving; the other two being Cathedral and Shark Gully. From July to December the Shoal is the congregation point for Ragged Tooth Sharks, where up to 60 sharks have been encountered at any one time.
If the timing is right why not chase the Sardines during the annual Sardine Run or take in a dolphin and whale watching expedition.
