Description:
Located in the idyllic country village of Greyton which is at the majestic mountains? foot.

Greyt-on-Main was built circa 1900 and the stylish bedrooms have seperate bedrooms each enjoying bar fridges, TV, air-conditioning undercarpet heating and tea trays plus down filled quilts & cushions.

Greyt-on-Main we treat every guest like a Royal as the focus of our establishment is on personal service for everybody dining and accommodating at Greyt-on-Main. We attempt to achieve this by combining individual attention to our guests with excellent food and most comfortable rooms.

There is an airconditioning unit in each room which will keep the temperatures down in the summer months, and under-carpet heating has been installed to set warm temperatures in winter.
Bar fridges in all rooms provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our guests? delight, and coffee/tea facilities are available, as well.

Major South African programmes can be watched on the rooms? televisions. It should be noted that no TV is displayed in the lounge. Last but not least, down-filled (twin) quilts and cushions as customary in many German and European establishments are used for the (twin) beds and invite to a relaxed and contented sleep.
The en-suite bathrooms are likewise spacious and have panel-closed shower compartments. Heated towel rails provide for an additional comfort and keep the bathrooms warm when nesessary.
Depending on the individual liking, the breakfast varies from ?Continental? to ?English? and ?German?, the latter including cold cuts, cheese and cooked egg in lieu of fried eggs.
While lodging at the guesthouse, our visitors may consider, for their convenience, a game of croquet or a boule competition in the Garden.

Leading off the dining area or separately accessible is the Vienna Lounge, where - as Greyt-on-Main is fully licenced - all sorts of beverages are served, and ?Helderbraeu? Lager is on tap, which is brewed in accordance with the German ?Purity Law?.
The Lounge is a really sumptuous room of old world charm, and a d飯r reminiscent of the Austrian Capital Vienna. You sit on leather-or tub cane chairs which are grouped around granite-topped cocktail tables. You have your drink, select your dinner and continue your conversation, as your meal is being prepared. There is no feeling of sitting around waiting for the food to arrive: a nice touch.

Enjoy a night or two at the Greyt-on-Main Guest House, and you will feel like a Royal with these amenities!
