Description:
The lodge is situated in a picturesque setting of rolling hills and kranzes in the Mid Illovo district of the Natal Midlands,80 km from Durban, 45 km from PMB.
Embrace the tranquility of the evenings while you relax on the aerial boardwalk that runs amongst the upper branches of Natal and Rock fig trees. Listen to the sounds of the wild as night descends and enjoy the bushveld experience of the camp, the intimate braai and gazebo areas and the character bush bar, as you watch the sunset disappear behind the kranzes and savour the sense of space, silence and nature.
The central facility comprises of an African theme bar and lounge area, a conference facility, a dining room and a boma. The lodge provides fully catered accommodation for groups, with a number of menus to choose from.
Accommodation is available at the lodge and at Stirling House.
There are eighteen beds at the lodge in the form of two two-bed chalets and two four-bed chalets as well as one queen bed chalet and one double bed chalet.
Stirling House can accommodate sixteen guests in seven rooms, which include five two-bed rooms (four en-suite ) and two three-bed rooms .Situated 3km from the lodge
The conference centre seats up to 25 delegates in U-shape or 50 delegates cinema style. The large functions room below the conference centre can seat up to 65 guests and has French doors, which extends the facility into the outdoors.
The conference centre is equipped with a white board. The boma has been equipped and designed to facilitate weddings up to 100, birthday parties, reunions, Christmas parties, and team building exercises.
