Description: Moolmanshof Bed & Breakfast is a thoroughly modernised traditional Cape Dutch house, built in 1798. The original B&B in town. Spacious set in garden and woodland.
We have three large guest-rooms with twin beds and en suite bathrooms, one in a garden cottage.
Extra beds can be supplied for children.
Pets can be accommodated.
We serve either an English or continental breakfast.
We speak English, Afrikaans and some French and German.
A full breakfast is served either in the dining room or on the patio. Wood fires lit in winter, braai facilities available.
Children welcome, and pets by arrangement. You can relax around the pool where the bird life is exceptional. There are several excellent restaurants in town, some within walking distance from us.
Local amenities include the exceptionally fine Drostdy Museum, horse riding, tennis, bowls, canoeing, climbing and hiking in these beautiful surroundings.
The Bontebok National Park and the Marloth Mountain Reserve are right next door, and the de Hoop Nature Reserve is an hour's drive.
