Hertford is an old fashioned and most laid back country inn, with log fires crackling in huge open hearths throughout winter, and rose bushes and peacocks abound in the large gardens.
Each of the large bedrooms is individually and tastefully decorated.
They are really bedsitting rooms, many with their own fireplaces.
The Deanery accommodates up to 250 guests, the Rose Room up to 120.
Within the Hotel itself we have the Great Hall which accommodates up to 80 guests and a further Dining Room seating up to 50 guests.
No wedding is too small, and we are happy to provide either a full a la carte menu or a simple breakfast. We will cater to your requirements. We have a team of experienced staff that understand that each wedding is very individual and is a very special day, which is why we are happy to assist you in the entire planning of your wedding, not only from your catering and bar requirements but also can refer you to professionals with regard to any aspect of your big day.
