Description:
The lodge is situated high up to have a full view of the farm with cattle. Guests receive personal attention from the staff. Rooms are affortable, spacious and neat. A stay includes bed and breakfast, other meals are pre-arranged. Refreshments available in the reception area at all hours.
The Lodge offers accommodation with a spectacular view over the farm. Farm activities in a distance can be viewed from your bedroom window.

The Bush Camp:
For the more adventurous we offer a rustic Bush Camp, where friends can rough the night. This wood cabin is fully self-catering and individuals that like camping prefer this facility. No linen is supplied. Gas- lamps, stove, and fridge are supplied. Different groups have different requirements that we meet most of the times, e.g. should linen be required.
No electricity but gas appliances supplied on request, is usually the final stop for 4 x 4 route drivers. This wooden cabin is affordable. Sleeps 6 and is private.
Enjoy a cocktail on the deck of the lodge and observe the waving of the white feathers of the ostrich in the breading camp. What a spectacular view!
A barbeque fire blazing, the smell of cuisine dishes in preperation, an orange, pink and yellow sunset - a picture of peace and perfection. Enjoy our delicious African dinners or try our traditional South African barbeque. An ambiance to experience.

Trails
Please Note: We don't provide any quad bikes, you are welcome to bring your own.
A total track distance of 27km on the farm is well maintained and mainly used for quad biking and self-drive 4 x 4 enthusiasts.
Quad Biking
You may go quad biking on breath-takingly beautiful trails of various distances. Crocodiles, game, birds, photographic patchwork scenery; a compliment to every nature-loving person. Small flowers on the ground, a bird hatching in a nest on the dam, reflections of trees in the water - the absolute beauty of nature all over this farm.
Crocodile Trail:
Average duration ±45min. Even the elderly may enjoy this gentle ride for about 8km. Game can usually be spotted and find out at the turning point why crocodiles on Zingela? So do take the family on this trip! Day visitors welcome for this trial.
Zingela Circle:
Average duration: ±1.5hrs. The more adventurous will enjoy the increase in adrenaline on this spectacular trail. Our qualified guide is considerate and caring and will coach you through difficult sections. A half way stop on a ridge where you will experience the tranquility and awesome view. A drop-in at the crocodile pond is also included. Completion of this circle is a must for more game crosses your view. Only for residential visitors on the farm.
Challenge Circle:
Only dare devils and second and third time visitors allowed. This section is a circle extention of the Zingela trail. No lifting allowed only small groups. Special booking is required. Only for residential visitors on the farm.
4 X 4:
Zingela's tracks are suitable for most 4x4 verchiles. Luxury vehicles will not scratch as the roads are usually well maintained. An excellent route for the less experienced, however not recommended for first time users. This self-drive route is a prime family experience. Day visitors welcome.
Hiking:
Enjoy the scenery at your own leisure. Experienced hikers take 3 hours to complete our trails where the novice or/and with children take about 6 hours. This is an excellent time to enjoy a family picnic along the way. Day visitors welcome.
