We charge per Cottage (sleeps maximum 5) where actual pricing depends on number 
of persons over and above a couple.

The pricing on our standard Evergreen Cottages:
Low season: 
R430.00 to R530.00 per Cottage per night

Mid season:
R530.00 to R630 per Cottage per night

Long weekends & Festivals:
R700.00 per Cottage per night

Peak season:
R900.00 per Cottage per night

The pricing on our upmarket Lushgreen Cottages:

Low season.
R480.00 to R580 per Cottage per night

Mid season:
R580.00 to R680.00 per Cottage per night

Long weekends & Festivals:
R750.00 per Cottage per night
Peak season – R950 per Cottage per night

Single Night Stays:
R150.00 surcharge.

Pets: by prior arrangement Only and only in our Evergreen Cottages.  R70 surchar
ge per night and R300 breakage deposit.

R266.00 - a decorative basket with standard-sized bubble bath, luxury soap, Skin
 lotion, candles, incense, Cappucino sachets, fresh nuts & chocolates beautifull
y wrapped, the ideal gift.  Automatically included in our Romantic Getaway.

Romantic Getaway: 
R1250.00 add-on over and above accommodation rates for 3 nights or more: 2 full-
body professional massages, a  Pamper Hamper, Champagne-for-2 & chocolates on ar
rival, Millwood tour with tea & scones, etc.  Ideal as part of a Honeymoon.

Weekend Extender.
Book for a weekend (Fri and Sat) and get Sunday night at 30% off!  Only valid du
ring Mid- or Low Seasons. Cannot be used in conjunction with a last-minute offer

Evergreen vs Lushgreen Cottages:
We differentiate between our standard, ever-popular cottages (Froggy Pond, Field
mouse and Firefly) and our smarter, more comfortable, new cottages (FoxGlove and
 Fairy Den).  The layout is identical in all, the difference lies in the quality
 of the furnishings / decor & better use of space.  Lushgreen cottages are demar
cated Pet free & Non-smoking. We reserve the right to upgrade you to Lushgreen a
t no cost to you; and will refund you the difference should we ever need to move
 you to Evergreen due to unforseen circumstances.

Included in Standard Rates:
~ Daily Cleaning Services (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)
~ Linen & bathing towels; coffee, tea, condiments, dishwashing liquid, toilet pa
per, hand&shower gel etc.
~ First fires are packed for you if appropriate.  Extra wood available @R5 per b
ucket (honesty policy) 

Terms & Conditions:
Deposits: 50% non-refundable deposit required (100% on single-night stays, Speci
als and any arrival within 10 days).
Deposits refunded, at our discretion, if a booking is replaced or shifted within
 reasonable parameters (minus R200 admin fee).
The balance is payable 10 days before arrival.
