A deposit of 40% or two nights, whichever is the greater,
half of which is refundable on cancellation up to 42 days
prior to arrival date, is required to confirm the reservation.
The balance is due on arrival.

The tariff applies per cottage for 8, 6, 5, 4 and 2 people
(excluding babies under 18 months) depending on cottage
size. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early depar-
tures. Management reserves the right to re-let bookings
not taken by 18h00 on the booked date of arrival unless
notice of late arrival is given. Payment by Credit Card,
Cash or electronic transfer only.
The tariff is inclusive of the entire cottage inventory. Cots
are available. We regret NO PETS are allowed.
