Discover Beverley Country Cottages - nestled in the Dargle Valley in the charming Natal Midlands, is set on a hilltop with magnificent views of the rolling midlands all around, surrounded by lush lawns, paddocks, azaleas and Rhododendroms, yellow woods and two magnificent old Oak trees.
The original stone homestead, with its wide verandahs was built in 1913 and the quaint cottages were built from the old Stables, Dairy and Hayloft.
All rooms and cottages are fully serviced on a daily basis. There is no better place to relax and unwind than in these beautiful surroundings, ideal for families wanting to get away from the chaos of everyday life or needing their soul rejuvenated!
The 3 cozy cottages, all with log fire places and comfortable armchairs to snuggle into, are equipped with TV's, a selection of Satellite TV channels, Hot blankets and a tea and coffee tray.
From the moment you arrive to find tea and coffee waiting for you, to the moment you go to bed to find the covers turned down with a chocolate on your pillow, you will feel pampered and cared for. Delicious breakfasts and dinners are available and are served in the privacy of your little cottage.
The Hayloft:
Sleeps 2. A cozy open plan cottage, with a log fireplace makes this the perfect romantic getaway.
Meals can easily be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The Hayloft is the perfect weekend escape for the two of you.
The Stables:
It has 3 bedrooms all en suite which run off the central lounge area, where plush couches are arranged around a magnificent fireplace.
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area also branch off the cozy, warm lounge. Perfect for that family getaway.
The Dairy:
The farm's dairy has been carefully and beautifully converted into our newest cottage. Two en-suite bedrooms cater for up to 4 people, and the open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen are spacious and very comfortable.
While those winter afternnoons away in front of a roaring fire, sit on the gorgeous verhandah which has views all down the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, or guests can stay on a B&B, or DB&B basis. There is no better way to spend time with your loved ones.
The 2 large rooms in the East Wing of the old stone homestead, with their Oregan floors and ceilings to the old Victorian, ball and claw baths have a certain classic but elegant feel to them. Delicious breakfasts are served on the wide verandah overlooking the lush lawns, landscaped gardens and breathtaking views of the rolling hills and indigenous forests that surround us.
