Description:
The Garden Lodge and Conference Centre is renowned for its first class conference facilities, excellent food, comfortable accommodation, and friendly efficient service.
All the rooms are located in a garden setting with views over the Swartkops Mountains and surrounding game farms.
All rooms have en suite bathrooms, televisions, telephones, heaters and fans.
The Lodge can accommodate up to 45 guests in single accommodation,
82 in shared accommodation. One of the bungalows has been allocated as a disabled facility with all relevant amenities on hand.
Guests can choose from a variety of dining areas and our Special menu's can cater for any occasion, including buffet lunches, al la carte suppers, pub lunches, Christmas parties and functions of any nature.
Traditional South African 'Braaivleis' and Theme evenings can be served under the stars in our Boma area alongside the swimming pool.
Guests have easy access to a multitude of recreational activities both on site and in the immediate vicinity.
Some of the activities which guests can enjoy are: Karaoke in our Pub. Game Drives through the various game parks in the area.
Visits to the Sterkfontein or Wonder Caves in the Cradle of Humankind. Golf at Pecanwood or Ruimsig. Fly fishing. Horse riding.
Hot air ballooning. Cave Abseiling. Bird watching. River Rafting &
Glass Blowing (at Ingwenya Village).
Conference Facilities: The venue has three various sized conference rooms available. All are equipped with the necessary electronic equipment, are fully air-conditioned and have comfortable seating. Internet and dial up jack points are provided in all conference rooms.
Providing Internet access, Instant Messaging, Net Meetings, web cam and audio conversations via our 24 hour Space Stream satellite link. All the latest Software, Hardware, Printers, Photostat machine, Fax machines are available. Full secretarial services can also be provided if required.
