Description:
This historical monument, once slave quarters to the Governor's Residence, sits at the foot of Table Mountain. Situated at the end of a tree-lined driveway, it is quiet and has a private patio under an ancient oak tree where one can relax and enjoy the view.
Long Cottage offers comfortable self-catering double accomodation with satellite television, an en-suite bathroom (shower) and small kitchen. It has a private entrance with secure off-street parking to ensure easy coming and going and the small kitchen offers you the choice of eating at home!
The Annexe
The Annexe offers comfortable self-catering double accommodation (queensize bed) with satellite television, an en-suite bathroom (shower) and a small kitchen. It has a private entrance with French doors opening onto a patio under a majestic oak where you can enjoy breakfast with birdsong or a glass of wine watching the sun sink behind Table Mountain.
The Stables
The Stables is a private and spacious cottage with gleaming yellowwood beams. It has an extra-length kingsize bed (or twin beds) and a lounge area with satellite television, en-suite bathroom (shower) and a well appointed kitchen.
Continental style breakfasts (fresh fruits, yoghurts, muesli, bread, choice of teas and coffee) are included in the rates.
Use the microwave in the small kitchen to cook anything else (eggs are provided).
Beer and wine available in an honesty bar.
A pre-paid cell phone is provided (recharge vouchers can be purchased locally).
Internet access and fax services.
Secure parking behind automatic gates.
Transport to and from the airport can be arranged on request.
