Owners Andre and Sanet Koekemoer officially opened the guest house in June 2002, naming it "Amakoekoe" as an amusing play on their surname - "Ama" interpreted as "the" and "koekoe" as an abbreviation of "Koekemoer"
Spacious ground and first floor units are available, varying in size and price.
These luxurious units are serviced daily and contain: Small kitchen, with a microwave and bar fridge - Television - Telephone - Clock radio - En-suite bathrooms and private balcony.
