Description:
The lovely old Mountain View Country Inn is situated in the middle of a picturesque town, surrounded by the breathtaking Witteberg Mountains and pristine wild Trout rivers.
Apart from being the ideal stop-over for Tiffendell (ski-resort) and super low family rates, it is an interesting place to discover and we can advise you on self-guided short trips or organize group activity packages, guides, day trips, workshops etc. to suit your requirements. Your hosts are Dalene and Otto Oertel. We also speak German and enjoy a chat with our guests.
There is nothing pretentious about the Victorian style Inn. Rooms are decorated in different themes with love and care without being frilly or lacey. All have on-suite bathrooms and are child friendly. Antique furniture adorns most rooms and some have fireplaces. Mattresses are in good shape to ensure a good night?s rest.
Help yourself to our Continental breakfast, served in buffet style, while a friendly staff member takes your hot breakfast order. Dinner is A la Carte but a set-menu and entertainment can be arranged for groups. Make friends at our Sportsmans Arms Pub, the ?nicest? pub in the area.
