Rots Rock Tops a self-catering place to stay. Rots Rock, is situated on a Llandudno rock between mountain and sea with city and waterfront shopping amenities round the mountain's corner.
Rots-Rock-Tops on two floors comprises about 180sq (sleeping level: 55sq and entertainment level: 125sq) of open-plan living and entertaining with 11/2 bathrooms. Apart from the spacious double bedroom-en-suite, there is a luxurious sleeper couch around a corner of the living area. There are 9x floor-to-ceiling windows looking onto the beach over the boulders or indigenous wooded garden and 6x floor-to-ceiling widows with mountain views.
For living outside there are two patios and the pick of lovely garden nooks to choose from, whether you need tree and umbrella shade, sea-views, sun or protection from the wind. Run down to the beach for a regular dip and return. It is only down the steps and two minutes wooded walk away. Although there are plenty places worth a visit around Cape Town, you will be tempted to stay at home.
Undercover parking for two cars is conveniently situated at the front door (you drive in from the back). Separate entrances, private and secure. At the same time one might as well stay inside as the house is spectacularly perched on a ten metres high rock overlooking the beach, a stone’s throw away.
Rots-Rock-Tops can ideally be rented for at least a month or more at a time. It is a great place for private dinner parties up to about 14.

A 50% is to be paid in advance to confirm the booking, the remaining 50% paid up
on the day of arrival.
