·  30% Deposit is due to confirm a booking.
·  Guest can book in any time after 14h00 on the day of arrival.
·  Guests must book out by 10h00 on day of departure. 
·  No smoking in the guest house.
·  No children under the age of 12 years old.
·  No pets of any kind.
·  Total of 6 on suite rooms. 
·  Laundry service available on request.
·  All rooms have TV’s, tea/coffee making facilities and wall safes.

Special rates can be arranged for stays of 14 days or longer. 
Payment to be made by direct bank transfer or company cheque.
